What does Membership in KCWG Mean?

The Kansas City Woodworkers’ Guild (KCWG) provides everything a woodworker needs whether you are just starting out or you are a master craftsman.  Joining the Guild will provide you with the shop, tools, education and camaraderie required to increase your skill and love of woodworking. 

Overview

  • Memberships can start at any time during the year
  • All memberships run for 1 year from date of joining the Guild
  • Memberships must be renewed before the yearly expiration date in order to maintain shop status/privilege’s (Green Name Badge)
  • Members re-joining after the expiration of their yearly membership period will be considered new members and will be required to qualify for the Green Name Badge to be able to use the shop.

++Full-time high school or college student. The minimum age to be a member is 13, but the minimum age to use the Shop and take classes is 18.
